A nice change of pace from the usual peanut butter cookie. My husband never liked peanut butter cookies until I made him this recipe. These are so close to the Girl Scout oatmeal peanut butter cookies that you won’t know the difference!

To make this amazing Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies you’ll need the following ingredients:
Ingredients
1 c Chocolate chips
1 c Brown sugar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Peanut butter
1 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 c Crisco
1 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Flour
2 c Oatmeal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugars, Crisco, peanut butter, and eggs.
Mix in dry ingredients, stir in chips. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet, bake for 15 minutes.
