Island-Inspired Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the old-fashioned rolled oats and almond milk. Blend for about 20-30 seconds to start breaking down the oats.
- Add the pineapple chunks and ripe banana to the blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add the plain Greek yogurt and maple syrup to the blender.
- Blend until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses, and enjoy!
