Island-Inspired Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the old-fashioned rolled oats and almond milk. Blend for about 20-30 seconds to start breaking down the oats.
  2. Add the pineapple chunks and ripe banana to the blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the plain Greek yogurt and maple syrup to the blender.
  5. Blend until everything is well mixed.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses, and enjoy!
