Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb regular pork sausage
- 1/2 lb hot pork sausage
- 1 packages cream cheese (soften)
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (4oz)
- 20 large jalapeños peppers, halved
Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds; cook over medium-high heat in a skillet until no longer pink; drain.
In a separate small bowl, combine cream cheese and Parmesan cheese before folding in sausage pieces.
Scoop one tablespoon into each half. Bake on an un-greased cookie sheet at 425deg for 15-20 minutes until filling is bubbling lightly brown in color and texture.
