*ingredients:
•2 pieces of soft butter
•½ + 1 C. powdered sugar, divided
•2 tsp. vanilla extract
•a pinch of salt
•2 ¼ C. all-purpose flour
•1 C. pecans, finely chopped
*directions:
– Preheat oven 350 degrees.
– Add butter, half a cup of powdered sugar, vanilla extract, salt and flour in a mixing bowl. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold the chopped pecans into the dough mixture.
Wet your hands and shape the dough into 36 equal size balls of dough.
Place the dough balls on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.
– Allow cookies to cool completely.
Place the cup of powdered sugar in a flat bowl.
Roll the biscuits in powdered sugar and serve.
