Cooked Beans with Ham Hock

This soup takes little to no time to prepare and tastes great the next day. Bring the night inside to eat on the next day’s sketching, warm it up in the microwave for a few minutes, and it’s ready to go!

Ingredients: *

1 jar cooked white beans ° 1 green onion ° 1 garlic clove ° 1 sausage ° a few slices of pork ° salt ° oil ° a few pieces green pepper ° 1 dessert spoon paprika
1 dried cayenne pepper 1 dried bay leaf 1 dried garlic

  • Steps:

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions, garlic, and green peppers until tender.
Remove the beans from the cooker and place them in bloodless water using a colander.

When the sauce has become golden, add the ham and sausage, cut into small pieces, along with the paprika, and toss in the beans and a couple of tablespoons of water. If the beans are no longer hidden, add a little more water.
Warm pepper, bay leaf, salt, and dried garlic are added. Allow it to cool on medium heat until it thickens and you start to notice a variety of beans.

If you don’t want the bite, don’t pack the chili; if you want a high seasoning in the middle of the cooking process, leave it out.

Enjoy !
