- 6 kale leaves
- 3 carrots
- 2 red apples cut into pieces
- 1 beet
- Half a peeled lemon
- 2.5 cm piece of ginger
Do not forget to peel and wash the carrots, beet and lemon.
Make sure your fruits and vegetables are organic.
Pour one to two cups of water into the blender.
Add all ingredients and mix everything.
Use a sieve to filter the mixture to collect the juice.
Mix again with a spoon.
You can add a few ice cubes to the juice to cool it. To preserve this juice, use a glass jar and put it in the refrigerator.
– Do not use lemon if you have ulcers, heartburn or are allergic to citrus fruits
– It is also not recommended if you are taking antacids, or medications for blood or heart problems.
– Beets are prohibited if you are being treated with anticoagulants or if you have kidney disease.
