Chocolate Cookie Crunch Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (with filling)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 32 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (without filling)

For Topping

  • Crushed Oreo cookies
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter for the crust, and press into a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream.
  4. Fold in crushed Oreos and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45-50 minutes,
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Add crushed Oreos and optional whipped cream on top before serving. Enjoy!
