Ingredients
For the Crust
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (with filling)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling
- 32 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (without filling)
For Topping
- Crushed Oreo cookies
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter for the crust, and press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream.
- Fold in crushed Oreos and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45-50 minutes,
- Remove from oven and allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Add crushed Oreos and optional whipped cream on top before serving. Enjoy!
