°1 lb. minced meat
°1 medium onion (chopped)
°1 mushroom soup
°3 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
°1 tablespoon of ketchup
°1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
°3 cups of frozen tater tots
°2 cups grated cheddar cheese
*Directions
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat until meat is completely browned. Breaking the meat while it’s cooking. Drain off excess liquid.
In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture, Campbell’s soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, frozen mixed vegetables, and 1 cup shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a 12″ x 8″ flat baking dish. Topping beef with tater tots.
Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Place the shredded cheese on top of the casserole and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted. You’ll know it’s done when the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole comes to a boil.
