- 1 tablespoon honey
- Coconut shavings
- Kiwi slices
- Granola
Instructions
- Combine the fresh spinach, sliced kiwis, shelled pistachios, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey in the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Pour into a bowl, and top with coconut shavings.
- Add a few kiwi slices and some granola on top.
- Serve immediately.
